BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

They had beef tenderloins on sale for $7.99 so I decided to cut my own filets. Much cheaper than buying them cut. I got thirteen 2 inch steaks and some stew meat with the leftover smaller end.
Had it with fresh green beans, stuffed mushrooms and homemade fries. Great meal after a nice KU victory yesterday.

Seared on the grill, moved to indirect heat to bring to temp.
I know i dont know whats gotten into me. But i been a cookin fool the last weekDang @navyvet killing me with those pictures.
Went to the First Annual Mayberry Food Truck Festival, in Mount Airy, NC. We ate from Cut Bait Cafe.
