Of course we did corner beef yesterday. 24 hours at 147° and it was delicious.

They had beef tenderloins on sale for $7.99 so I decided to cut my own filets. Much cheaper than buying them cut. I got thirteen 2 inch steaks and some stew meat with the leftover smaller end.

Had it with fresh green beans, stuffed mushrooms and homemade fries. Great meal after a nice KU victory yesterday.
