Make sure to shop around for home insurance. Don’t let your realtor do it for you. The best rate they’ll find is probably a friend of theirs. Get online and get your own quotes.

Congrats! We are in the process of having a new house built as well, such a great feeling. Only problem is waiting till October to be finished. I am putting in a cigar lounge in one of the rooms, since smoking outside in AZ in the summer sucks.
