Yeah man, at first I was bummed but most of the houses in that area were built based on the model of our house so they mostly don’t have them

Also, now we don’t have to deal with water which is usually an issue in Bergen county

I’m happy and thanks man I really appreciate it, we’re excited to start this new chapter, gonna have to slowly do work on it (mainly the kitchen and add another bathroom) but it’s deff move in ready
