When backups can be had at a reasonable cost, who am I to decline?

Tommy's (17-01), Front Porch (17-03), Country Ham (19-01), Granny's (20-01).
Congrats! How many Teresa’s do you currently have in supply? With my new trajectory in the hobby I might be collecting New Riff SiB Ryes and or Willett 4 Year Family Estate Ryes in a similar fashion.

Matt, I've got one (relatively) freshly opened and 2 backups of the Teresa's.

I grabbed the Tommy's because I realized it was 17-01, and I retired in 01/17. And of course I'm "Tommy", so now this is my work occasion batch.

Cool idea with the New Riff SiBs, and since Binny's in Chicago gets new barrels fairly regularly, I can help you out if you decide to go that route.

Thanks Tom! I actually just helped a friend in IL. pick out several bourbons while at Binny’s. He called me out of the blue and I had to think quickly. He was starting a private collection on a budget (from the wife) and asked for my advice. I suggested: Rowan’s Creek, Old Grand Dad Bonded, Old Forester Rye, Evan Williams SB Vintage & Woodford DS.

It would be my pleasure to help if I can Matt.

Have you had the Noah's Mill, and if so would you choose the Rowan's Creek over it?

Black on black
Black Beams Matter.

Last night's pours: Some Country Ham and Knob Creek 14+ year store pick. Yeah, I'm a Beam Guy too.

Thanks Tom I will definitely keep that in mind!

I’ve had more Noah’s Mill then Rowan’s Creek. Personally I liked the first bottle over the 2nd (Noah’s). Rowan’s might be the better deal I think. I got deep dark chocolate notes on my first bottle of Noah’s but strangely it was absent two years later when I revisited. I don’t think I would buy it a third time.

My buddies at my cigar lounge are in for a treat. Feeling generous lately. I also added a small pour of a Thomas H Handy and a pour of my Willett Estate Rye. So far nothing but allocated. Couldn’t help myself so I decided to mix in the Ryes with the Bourbon...figured they’d play nice.
