So do you put that marrow on the bread? I’ve cooked with bones making soup but never ate it any other way. I have a cow butchered about every year so I end up with everything Never saw anything like this

Yeah - some people use a little utensil to get it out - just used a piece of the toasted bread to push the marrow through and out the other end, then ate it on the bread with some of the garlic and herbs on there too. It is super rich and fatty, but very tasty - not something I have often but it is a nice treat on occasion.
