  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Damnit. That sucks Wade. As has been noted, not isolated. We lost about half our company on Friday. In the midst of a buyout by another company. We lost 4 people out of my office and one of them I've worked with for 10 years. There were tears here on Friday.

Hang in there Wade.

Wade, looking at her pictures she seems like a hell of a gal that stands next to her man no matter what.

you are a standup guy, and I hope you know you didn't let her down.

and if you really need some wood, let me know, and even if it's not wood, do so as well

you and your family will be in my prayers tonight

You didn't let anyone down! You're an extremely talented guy who is getting caught up in an economic downturn, it's that simple.

Agree. From what I saw when I was there, this isn't about you, just economics. Keep your head up Wade, be positive, and work your contacts in other areas. You may not find the perfect job right now, but I'm betting there's lots of folks looking for someone like yourself.

As far as I can tell, your only fault, and it's a biggie, is you're a Packer fan. :grinFU:

Who loves ya?

Keep your chin up buddy its not your fault. If I had half the mad skills you have I'd seriously look into starting my own business.. had an uncle who used to go around buying run down houses and restore them. Not saying that this is what you should do but the man was retired with children who were independent and some money to play with. I've seen you make some great stuff for brothers here and I'm sure you'll be successful in what ever you choose to do.

Naw, I was just kidding on the wood, what I really need is some freakin' heat here. It's -9 right now and with the little kerosene heater I have in my shop, it just don't cut it, won't even take the chill off. Guess I need to look at putting an actual heater in the shop.
