Little bit about our Whisky....
Cabin Fever is an 80 proof Whisky Infused with 100 % Vermont Maple Syrup... Grad B of course...
Our Base is a rye blend that has been aged 3 years in NON Charred Barrels that used to hold a Port in them.
We then blend the Maple Syrup into the Whisky... Not stopping there, we chill filter it... SO what happens is that is actually pulls the sugars out of the Whisky leaving only 5.5% residual behind, yet still carries the taste of the Maple.... SO it is not thick, syrupy or give you a headache in the morning sweet.
I tell you Cabin Fever goes great with a nice cigar..... And I have even taken the CF and poured it into a small spritzer bottle and sprayed it onto the cigar.... I let it sit for about 10 - 20 minutes and then light up.... Ridiculously good
