Tat T110. It's underlying flavors despite raw strength surprised me.
Viaje Holiday Blend. Wierd colored band.....only 1 vitola.....limited release....hadn't really tried any of their cigars...... it convinced me to. Wish I had bought lots more!

^ oh yea, Tat T110 for sure! I was expecting crazy power, and sure it was strong, but I didn't cry or anything, lol. Yet the flavor of that stick wowed me--and still does. I've been harping on Pete ever since my first T110 that he should release these as a full line ... and he is.

'Wow", when you compile the total wow list of this thread - you have a killer list for the humidor 'must haves' ! Keep them coming - I appreciate everyones input... This was my first post/thread - so now I have lost my BOTL viriginity.

There are a few for me. 2005 DPG Habano Oscuro robusto, 06 Noella Reserva, Don Carlos Anni, Pepin made Padilla Miama lancero's, and Illusione Mk's. All of these I expected to be good but they were all wow sticks for me.

The Joya De Nicaragua Cabinetta was a very pleasant surprise. Great flavor. I was not expecting this smoke to be as good as it was. It may be worthy of a box purchase.

I picked up a stick at IPCPR, and thought it was gonna be a dog rocket. Started smoking in it, and said "What in the heck IS this? It's freaking great!" Ransacked the humi for more, alas, I'm dumb and only got one. Heck, I even had a T-Shirt from these guys, but only got one stick. Like I said, dumb,dumb, dumb.

La Caridad del Cobre. Remember that name. Reasonably priced, outstanding flavor, medium in body. Really, really good stuff.

The original releases of the RP Edge in maduro and Sumatra wrappers, and the Fuente Rosado series. Sadly, later samples just didn't live up to the first shipments. Still good, but not what they were at first. :crying:

Airbender - Its the only LFD I have smoked and after the way it started the 2nd half wowed me as fantastic!....

Aurora Prefiridos Emerald Tubos. I was expecting a good/great cigar, but was really wowed by how AWEFUL it was.

A recent 'surprise' cigar for me was the Room 101 LTD Conjura. I didn't care for the original line at all but got a sample stick at IPCPR and really enjoyed it. When I see these out I'll pick up a couple more and really hope they can back up the 1st one.

For "wow" factor: LP 9. Shocked me that a cigar could be big bold and strong yet maintain a smoothness all the way down to the nub, never got harsh.

Probably the first time Andre Ventured out on his own
and he really got it right! *lol*

RP R4 Corojo Robusto... Greatest value stick out there.
If you trust my palate, go to Cbid or CI and buy you
some.... I got two as a gift, and the first time I smoked
it i could not believe it was a bundle stick!
