Are any of these not 2002s? I mean I'm sure there are, but jeez, everybody that has them seems to have the 2002s...
Yup last box I got in Havana was from 2000. Not always sure about 2000 cigars buts these were great. The fact that they were discounted at the LCDH on 5th and 16th to 37CUC a box did alot to ease my worries. :D

Yeah pretty much. I think they had been on the shelf for too long so they were trying to move them out. I should have picked up all 3 boxes but can't complain too much. Lateset pick ups were a couple of boxes of ERDM panatella Larga's from the 80's and a Partagas P1 Jar.

Did you get any of the LGC jars in Cuba? I heard those are insanely cheap down there.

Where did you get the P1 jar from and how much did you pay for it ?
My parents have just come back and managed to bag the only P1 jar they saw on their holiday.

Yeah I got a LGC jar at the opening of the Habana Libre hotel LCDH. Didn't even know what it was at the time. They were released that night and people were grabbing 3 or 4 at a time so without knowing what it was I figured I had better grab one. My partagas jar I got here locally. I know buying in Canada is no where near the best price but I am happy with it.

I have not had the cigars from the LGC jar but I hear they are incredible. Have you tried them yet? I've looked for a jar, but the only ones that I have found have been priced in the stratosphere.

For my palette, Grand Edmundo > Sig VI > Dukes. The Montes are smoking well for me at the moment. I have another box on order.

I need to try the Grand Edmundo as the SIg VI is one of my favorites....I have a couple boxes of the Dukes and I concur with Aaron.....they don't do much for me
That's interesting because I've found the Duke to be fantastic and the Sig VI does nothing for me. Different strokes.....

I got rid of all my Dukes. They weren't doing it for me either. I much prefer the Mag 48. Haven't tried the Monte or Party '10 EL yet!
