Going to miss both of you guys! Hope to see you when we do the fall edition beach herf...
Does anyone have one of those charcoal starters? (Cylinder thing with a handle and holes at the bottom)
If so, please bring!
Just went to Lowes and picked up the materials for the "fire-pit-BBQ-conversion kit" :
2 cinder blocks
large stainless grill
wire (for securing grill)
bag of hickory chips (which I wiill soak in ice water prior to leaving)
Also.....I think we are good on charcoal, but another bag can't hurt!
Tonight I'll make the guac

Yeah, I've got a charcoal starter that I can bring. Planning on getting there shortly after noon. Hope that works. I think we are both bringing a bag of charcoal which should be more than enough. Do you care what brand I get?
