BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Smoking a chicken?
I smoke a lot of yardbird and have never had to go with the beer can. I do mine on a Chargriller BBQ. But lump charcoal off to the side and the bird on the other. Cooks at 300 - 325 in a few hours. Moist as all hell. -

The chase is just to claim bragging rights IMHO. I gave up long ago but still think that the regular stuff that I can get at any time is better because I don't worry about smoking them. Don't even break a sweat when I'm down to my last noella. There's always more. -

Mold spores can be on a cigar long before you actually put it in your humi/cooler/tuppi/whatever..... Just because it develops in your stash does not meant that you're the responsible party....you just need to adjust your setup to make sure it's not a welcome enviorment for future growth... -
