  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Sucks man. When I get a sinus infection like that, a cigar is about the last thing on my mind. The pain and pressure are first and foremost.

    Story is the lease is up this year and the exemption they were given by the city to allow smoking in the mall won't be renewed.

    My vote as well. The lance will set you back $22, but you really can't get it anywhere else (without a good connection :) )and they are gooood. And buy as much as you can afford because rumor is Casa is going to be closing this year.

    BTW, I got inspired by a co-worker of mine who posted a youtube video of his results. I've known this guy for 6 years and he (was) my physique and his results were ridiculous. So after seeing it for real, I was in (I've always doubted some of the videos of people I don't know).

    I'm 2 weeks in and yea, the diet is key and I've transitioned it it pretty well. I don't miss pop at all. I stick to the 5 meal schedule so there's really no need/opportunity for cheating with crap food. Beer is my biggest challenge but I've already lost a few pounds and enjoying the program...
