  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    I can answer 4 and 6 as I have Comcast Internet and Phone (no tv anymore, but did at one time). Both internet and phone (and tv at the time), all come in on the one coax line, they just all operate on different frequencies and yes, there's a frequency filter/splitter in my basement, so...

    Egg=Big Green Egg=smoker But I've never smoked something this small vibe done 8-12 pound briskets low an slow for 12 hours but dont know if low and a couple hours will work with this size of cut.
