• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I didn't like the wrapper color...should have been oscuro but i would have called it rosado. I had a buddy (B&M owner) send them back to be rewrapped in the right Oscuro wrapper. The A's are really the best in what you get out of the Oscuro lancero...with an extra 3"! dn't let the size fool...

Let's see a show of hands who likes this behemoth? I've got 5 boxes left and had 3 boxes re-wraped awhile ago...dark & oily. I'll snap a couple of pix later but these are freakin' unbelievable.

    The Balvenie 21 y/o Portwood

For my own preference, there are some whisky's that really opens up with ice or water - they are too subtle to drink neat, others that loose some of the kick if it's given a cube or splash. There isn't any one way to drink a whisky, it's all about how it tastes to you.

Does humid air rise or drop?

My hygro is my thumb and fore finger. If the cigar is too spongy, I have too much moisture and if it cracks I add some more water to the beads. It's not like we are running a clinical lab or anything...my cigars all smoke fine and have yet to have any major issues anymore.

    The Balvenie 21 y/o Portwood

Had the chance to get 2 bottles of this fine scotch last week so I jumped at the chance. I would say that this is the finest that the distillery has to offer. I've had a glass of most they have bottled but the 21 is the one I keep going back for. The Balvenie 21 is not really a double cask...

Merry Christmas to me!! Laphroaig Cask Strength

Laphroaig CS is THE BOMB! Congrats on the purchase. Islay's are the most cut & dry scotches out there - either you love it or hate it.

I can tell you that Nickey's isn't the place to be for MNF. It's got them on the screen but I'll be damned if I could ever get them to turn it up loud enough to hear the game.

That shorty G Conoju sounds really good. It's a great blend and I'll have to keep an eye out. Did I see you say somwhere that you're doing a Triunfador Ninfa??? Just kidding...would be a nice smoke but for as long as I've been hounding you about them I doubt one will surface.
