• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Do you taste all the flavors in the cigar?

    I can hit the top profiles (earthy,sweet, veggy, peppery & salty) but it's usually something more familiar that makes a person identify with a more localized flavor (lemongrass, saffron, sweaty virgin thighs). I think a lot of it's bull, but I've pulled some 'flavors' out of a cigar that boarder...

    The ROBB reposrt has listed gurkha a few times as the cigar of the year. I don't trust anyone's opinion when it comes to the cigar of the year, especially when you get paid to review smokes.

    To be honest, I have heard very little of the 08's. The closest I have had was a couple boxes of 07 Partagas SdC #1's that were beyond awesome. Hopefully all doubts of a bland decade are long gone.
