• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Davidoff, Dunhill, Ninfa's, and a few others. Still have some of each ofthem just not as many as I would like and not everyone has them.

Depends on what you like. I am not an RyJ fan at the best of times and Short Churchill is one of my least favorite premium CC's. But I know others that love it. Posted via Mobile Device

    Montecristo Edmundo

Nope if it from 08 and is the size of a grand edmundo then I then I think it is a Monti Edmondu. Standard aging before boxing is quite short. Posted via Mobile Device

    Montecristo Edmundo

Now you are digging aren't you:applause: I think it is only the wrapper that gets extra age for EL smokes.

    Montecristo Edmundo

Not if is 2 years old. The earliest I have heard of them landing on the market is in feb at the women in Habanos dinner at the Habanos festival. I am going to have to second the comment that the guy who gave it to you is unsure of what he was giving you. 2 year old Edmundo with no band that...

    Which Cohiba???

I would say most of the discontinued list is in thinner RG's while while many do like they just don't sell. Cohiba being the flagship brand of Habanos usually sells out quicker then most other things. I think that for it to be harder to find BHK 56 the the old EL means it was not well received...

    Booker's Bourbon

Bookers is good but you need to find some stagg. Tonight I am working my way through a bottle of 1968 tullibardine. Great night for drinking I will agree. Posted via Mobile Device

Another disgruntled Canuck joining the fray

It all depends on how you look at things how bad it is to live in Canada as a smoker. Yeah we pay alot more for cigars, but I can legally smoke any cigar I want and travel to Cuba to buy them. Also due to our higher taxation many cigars that will sell out in other countries will still be...

    Which Cohiba???

I am not a huge Cohiba fan but I will always have BHK 56's in my Humi. SigloVI I can always buy off the shelf and really the 06EL has kinda been a flop. They are still on the shelves here and if they had been a great release they would have been sold out on the primary market by now. Think...

    FOG's and newb(ish)

HDM DC is my go to DC. One of my favourite cigars out there. Would definately go with those. Lusi's are good but I love the Hoyo Posted via Mobile Device

    Re-lighting Cigars

Will give it a shot for up to an hour. That said depending on the cigar it may turn after 5 min other cigars may be good still after the hour. If it has turned I just pitch it and grab a new one. Posted via Mobile Device

Yeah I got a LGC jar at the opening of the Habana Libre hotel LCDH. Didn't even know what it was at the time. They were released that night and people were grabbing 3 or 4 at a time so without knowing what it was I figured I had better grab one. My partagas jar I got here locally. I know buying...

Yeah pretty much. I think they had been on the shelf for too long so they were trying to move them out. I should have picked up all 3 boxes but can't complain too much. Lateset pick ups were a couple of boxes of ERDM panatella Larga's from the 80's and a Partagas P1 Jar. Posted via Mobile Device

Yup last box I got in Havana was from 2000. Not always sure about 2000 cigars buts these were great. The fact that they were discounted at the LCDH on 5th and 16th to 37CUC a box did alot to ease my worries. :D Posted via Mobile Device

    Noella Reserva: '06 vs '09

The 06's were an oscuro wrapper not the CBL maduro we are all used to from the newer releases. Posted via Mobile Device

    Noella Reserva: '06 vs '09

OR noella reserva is possibly the best NC cigar I have ever smoked. Fantastic richness and depth of flavour I don't usually find in NC's. Not sure if it is the age or just the wrapper but an incredible cigar. Oh yeah I better go bid. Posted via Mobile Device
