• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Remember How it Used to Be?

I agree that things should be like that but rarely are. As close of an experience to that that I have is lighting a cigar while waiting for your luggage. Posted via Mobile Device

    The Official Cigar Deals Thread

Don't think that will make much of a difference. The disclaimer above that they are not a Tatuaje account means Pete won't be able to do much. It is basically the secondary market at work. If that is the first of gouging on the secondary market you have seen then lucky you but it seems to be...

What are some good Cuban Rums?

Legendario runs about $4d a bottle here in Alberta. We do have regular shortages of it here though. I think we may also be the only province in Canada that gets it as well. Posted via Mobile Device

Santiago de Cuba 11 and 20 are quite nice as well. If you like sweet rums legendario is interesting at least.

    How often do you smoke?

It has been a long time since a stick has kicked my ass. I don't smoke every day but I smoke whenever I have time. So sometimes that may be 3-4 a week or when I am in Havana I smoke close to 10 a day. First one lit by 8am last one out at 3 am.

    Blame your Palate....

Everything made by Davidoff! I understand they are well made and know quite a few smokers (who opinions I generally trust) love them. Also Mi Barrio is another off the top of my head that doesn't work for me.

    Balvenie DoubleWood..

My favorite cheapish single malt. Unfortunately I usually get into some form of trouble or another every time I break open a bottle. Rarely lasts more then a night.

Most of the Cigars I smoke consist of tobacco grown in this country

Yeah a little. Some of them are rare cigars(dunhill's and Davidoff's) others are just great example's of that vitola. One of my all time greatest cigars was a Monte #4 from a cardboard sleeve of 5. Just properly aged and firing on all cylinders. My preferance also leans more towards the medium...
