  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Nice job on the review. I always find it strange that cigar makers don't make regular production sticks out of "special" vitolas that are popular. What about the cash flow, Carlito? He would not do well as an economics professor, I presume. But, that's a good thing...cuz if he spent all his time...

    I just smoked my first La Aurora 107 (robo). Very nice for a mild/medium Dominican. Like most people here, I prefer nic puros and cc's, but this 107 is a nice cigar!

    Related question: Does anyone know if firecrackers are a limited run or if they will always stock them at 2guys? They are always in stock when I order, but I'm wondering if that stock is replenished or if they are just selling their initial run. Time for me to shoot 2guys an email perhaps..

    These look so darn good! Viaje Reservas never disappoint me. Platino, Oro, whatever. The regular production Platino Lancero is better than the other regular vitolas, imo. This one should be splendid indeed.

    That sounds good. jwintosh also is a local and he has mentioned a hook up as well :) Don't get me wrong...I like ALL of the Blues...a lot. The Firecrackers just hit the spot for me. Maybe it's cuz I know the bliss will be over sooner than I'd like and that makes me appreciate it more :D

    Thanks. Was there any complexity to it? Or was it one dimensional and tasty? It's a pretty big vitola, so I'm hoping the flavors change a bit. Normally, I'd just buy a fiver and find out for myself, but I could only find boxes of these so I don't want to pull the trigger so quickly

    I sit on my patio with a netbook and Pandora. Web surf and listen to music with my dog. I also have the living room tv positioned so that I can watch it through the slider with wireless headphones. :)
