BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Humidor Pics! Lets see em!

How cold is too cold for cigars
I'm going ETC to keep mine higher because it is a condenser style unit and down here the damn thing runs constantly in the summer (that and it will occasionally decide to lose the temp setting and switch over to one of the pre-set 'Red' or 'White' settings). There is no issue keeping them... -
Wineador Trays
There are a couple of people on the site that do these kinds of trays. For the most part, they aren't "off the shelf" so prices vary. For what you are looking for I would budget somewhere in the neighborhood of $150-200. -
Wine Cooler 101
Looks like it is adjustable up through 66 Degrees F. so you should be fine so long as that is where you want the temp. If you want it to go higher you'll need an ETC. -

Seasoning Humidor
I would give it a few more days. If you want to check you can always pull the beads out and see what they look like (dump them into a bowl from the tubes to check, helps to have a small funnel to get them back in easily). You are looking for about 75% clear, 25% white. If it seems like the... -

Sounds like you've got things under control. Bit of an odd design to the "tongue", IMHO. Not used to them being so round. -

While it isn't a true island, one of my local courses (just around the corner from here) has a mostly island green on one of their courses. You can hit long or bail out to the right to a certain degree. Put plenty of balls in the drink, and if the right side wasn't there, I would have put more... -
Which one's better?
If you are trying to save money, just go out and get some tupperware (or something along those lines from a different brand). It's much less expensive and provides an EXCELLENT seal. It will serve your purpose until you move and you won't risk marring the wood or finish on a nice humidor along... -
