BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Well it finally happened
Awesome! Those first sticks look way better than my first sticks did! As for tips for beginners, I used (and still use sometimes) strips of newspaper for a mold. The newspaper will allow you to make any vitola and still smooth the surface of your bunch and your wrapper. Next, if you can roll...- Jim D

Reservoir tip
In case you're wondering. ...my 11yo daughter brought it home as it is supposed to blow up clear and up to 36 inches diameter.... It's a balloon guys! Juse a balloon.... I'm cleaning up my 12 gauge though, just in case...- Jim D

Sometimes putting the cigar back into the mold with the wrapper will help. As long as the wrapper doesn't squish out the sides, it will force the veins into the binder and smooth it out. When you can't put one back into the mold, you can wrap it in newspaper to try to push the veins in. I've...- Jim D

Everyone in our house just got hooked on The Originals. I like Longmire while I'm rolling stogies and everybody else is in bed. Good question. I've seen pics of bundles that appear to be wrapped in wax paper or parchment paper. I haven't done this yet but probably should. Any recommendations @Marc L ? I seem to recall you, or maybe @blisscigarco, having wrapped up a group or two of rolls... -

Tried rolling a handful of short smokes today. Only used 1/2 a PA Oscuro wrapper for all of them... The BL wrappers are huge! Except for the first roll of the group, to minimize the veins, I cut out the big ones that run from the center to the outer edge. The sections were big enough to handle...- Jim D
