If your main concern is just an exhaust fan, check into the exhaust fans used in bathrooms, shouldn't be too hard to wire one up and get it kicking air out. Might want to place it opposite side of the room from any air from the house so you get a cross draw that moves the smoke out and not just...

1960 Partagas Corona

Pulled out a 1960 Partagas pre embergo about a corona size, I'm guessing a 5.2 44ring. It's not in great shape, there is some cracking in the wrapper in both the foot and the tip and a couple of bug holes as well, one near the foot and another at the tip. I got this from a rare cigar...
