That with a single cherry and a splash of orange butter would be a nice accent. Always taste the bourbon first before mixing though to appreciate and train your palette.
Forgot to post this. Wife got me a subscription to my favorite local coffee roaster! The guatamalan was roasted so damn well too. Literally has a smooth velvety lemon pie texture. I'm gonna make tea style aero with it in the AM. Also a surprisingly good bag from a dirty Santa cigar trade.
If you all have farmers markets around you a lot of local coffee places usually do pour overs at them if you wanna cheat the system. Unfortunately around here most "coffee shops" just set up a bunn and call it a day and buy from local roasters.
By even bedding I mean while the coffee is saturated it forms kind of an even "surface" I call it a bedding because I picture it as a bed of coffee over the filter. By uneven I mean as the water flows out, instead of evenly distributing itself along the outside perimeter of the filter sometimes...
