What Tedski said is spot on.........you don't "need" cooled storage unless you're in very hot climes. Otherwise, cooling your storage is akin to insurance. Insurance against outbreaks that is triggered by high temperatures. Keeping them in a cooled environment can retard hatching of beetles...

You can always order boxes online. So get some rarer sticks you can only get from the island. Get some custom rolls from Conde de Villa Nueva House and make sure to ask for the good stuff in the back ;-) They'll run you US $5 depending on size. The ones in front are decent but the stuff in back...
