I think that would be a cool idea. I am all for DIY stuff. If there is a way to put a thin (3/4mm) weatherproofing strip around the edges and still be able to clasp it shit, you should be golden. I would say you should go for it!!

I went and stopped in today, they had 5 left of the 50 they got yesterday. They are 337.50 Euro a box. If someone wants one I can grab it for them tomorrow but after that I don't think they will be around. We would have to talk how to get it to you as well. Just an offer and hope this...

Looks like 2 of the LCDH within an hour of me got them in yesterday. Or at least that is what was posted. They are looking for 350 Euro for a box. I might have to pass on this one but I'll head down and see if maybe they open a box for singles.
