Unless you are wanting to buy something while "on" your honeymoon, I would advise to bring your own. It's so unfortunate that it is the way it is, but not only are the prices stupid high, you also have no idea what you are getting at these places anymore.

AHAHAHA That probably came from the large amount of probiotic in VEGA supplements Joel. The contamination was from a antibiotic they produced in the same factory but found traces in the VEGA protein. That was enough to scare me away.

Picked up cleans in college. The strength coach always had us doing cleans. Have done snatches (the lift haha) off and on as well but have found it to be hard on my shoulders when catching it. Instead I have resorted to high pulls instead. Similar technique and gains without the pressure on...

I have been powerlifting for about 10 years now. Mainly do it as training for sport, but also because its what I really enjoy to do in the gym. My main power lifts are squat, bench and clean with some deadlifts worked in during various phases. Herniated a disc (L5, S1) doing a deadlift 7 years...
