El Chef I'm first in line for a great lobster or crab bisque. I am an amateur chef. I love to cook but can't seem to make a bisque worth a nickle.

Derek I totally understand. The first time I ever flew was one month ago when I flew to Texas to take my boards. Lets just say I was heavily medicated. That truely helped.
