    What's Being Drank This Weekend

Haven't had that one before....but used to really dig their Hennepin. Haven't had it in a while, but have toyed with adding it to my shopping cart more than once. Maybe wait until Spring and stick w/ the darker stuff here for a while.

If YOU could blend the next Tatuaje LE...What would it be?

My Dollar to your Donut....its a Black Lancero. That's scattered all over this thread.... and if Brooks is gettin' 5 boxes "sight unseen"......smart money is it being one of his suggestions.... Just sayin'...

    Viaje Samurai 48x6

I don't think a single person here would fault you for posting the thread, or the phrasing contained in it. I certainly didn't... But it is good to know this is just a Platino blend as other brothers have confirmed. That's but a small part (sharing info) of what makes this such a great...

LOL...not possible...especially if you get a peek inside my humi Roberto. Doesn't mean I have to like EVERYTHING he's doing though. Love Tats, but don't love all Pete has done either.

    Viaje Samurai 48x6

Yes, but those are just called Platino and Oro "Reservas"....and by my understanding there was more "aged" tobacco used, a little more ligero even perhaps? (going strictly from memory though). At least then folks are aware it's a similar blend. Like NHC is doing w/ the Oro...it's advertised...

If that's ture...that's lame. Reminiscent of the Tat Cuadrado.........funky new name, same blend, w/ an LE tag, and all it is is a different shape. maybe Andre really IS copying Pete?? :stretchgr:eyepoke:

    New Viaje Oro Fernando

Andre sure seems to like the Petit Robusto.... I like the size, but damn....mix it up a bit. As such, no interest in this one either. And that's for REALZ Roberto:grinFU:

Behike 56 or Opus X BBMF

even more of a reason to smoke something you already know you love IMO then...and IIRC, you're a Padron lover, correct? Sumthin like an 80th, 45th, or 46th Maddie would do the trick. Experiment with one of the others when the cigar can make the moment, versus the moment making the cigar...

What Did I Do to Deserve This

The answer to the question (what you did to deserve this) appears to be....... Somehow General cigar has gotten a hold of your email address.

Behike 56 or Opus X BBMF

If u can't afford to choose the wrong stick, my advice is neither. Your expectations going in will be very high, and you could be left wondering why u just didn't buy 3 or 4 Padron Anni's instead. Just my .02 though. That said....I'd be much more interested in trying the Behike than the BBMF.

    What's Being Drank This Weekend

Currently drinking a Stone Double Arrogant Bastard. This is my first Double...but I've had plenty of the regular AB....and I may have a hard time going back to the regular. This is some good chit.

What does your screen name stand for?

That I'm a pretty huge ruh'tard, and couldn't think of anything original when it came time to pick a handle. There should be a World Wide Web book of handle names out there...like there is for naming your children. I want a re-do (after the book is made).

    Favorite Christmas Beer?

I'll agree w/ this as well Adam. Hop monsters don't work well with cigars IMO either. The bitterness of the hops conflicts with the core flavors of the cigar....so you really probably aren't tasting the cigar hardly at all. Even in that Favorite IPA thread, I don't think anyone mentioned loving...

    Favorite Christmas Beer?

No, the Ruination is certainly NOT a Christmas beer. I was just referencing it as one of the winners (regarding a beer tasting contest I mentioned in an earlier post..#9 I think). It won the IPA category. IPAs, especially Doubles like Ruination and Pliny, are not for everybody......kinda...
