  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Oh and Tom, something else I thought up. Are you in university at the moment? Most universities have a deal with M$ so that Winders is only like $10 or something. If you work, you may want to check if your company is a Microsoft partner, sometimes, employers have a deal similar to the universities.

    Right now, Intel holds the performance crown. I'd wait until AMD's Barcelona hits the market if I were you. As far as 2D performance on a video card... I'm told by my photographer friends that ATI/AMD makes the best for 2D other than Matrox.
