BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Loose Leaf Tea?
One One thing I know about CIH....the guy knows his stuff. Funny how the use of Essential Oils is common in teas and for diffusers that hold healing properties ....the aromas they give off in diffusers and even in laundry are great.- Cigary43

Loose Leaf Tea?
A friend turned me on to loose tea about 8 years ago and I really liked it...it's like gourmet coffee vs regular brand in terms of flavor. My wife and I really got turned on to this vice when we sailed on the QM2 the first year it sailed....they have Tea Time on board that we got into the habit...- Cigary43

Very cool thing to do for Charity....can't find one thing negative to say at all. I have tried Pappys from a rich friend who had a bottle to gloat among our Golf 4-some at the Palm Beach Country Club ( I was a guest obviously ) and he had a bottle of the 20 year....it cost around $5K...and... -

Buying a house is not usually everyone's forte....we buy houses like we buy our cars and that tends to involve the heart. There are some really good posts from those with practical experiences ...bring your own Inspector...a good Real Estate Lawyer....they work for you and the potential savings...- Cigary43

I've bought and sold enough houses to give you some great advice.....2 words.... Real Estate Lawyer and Good Inspection. Sounds like the Seller has tipped their hand to you....some lies about the condition of the house....thats a BIG NO NO!!! If they lied about that...what else are they...- Cigary43

......are like anything else in the land of cigars. Either you like the brand or you don't and there are plenty of brands that appeal to us without having to worry. I love certain brands but that doesn't mean I love every cigar they make. The pleasure is finding any brand that has good cigars. -
Adopt-a-Battalion in Afghanistan....
My wife and I send CARE packages out once a month.....we have been doing this for years and from our experience ....magazines are a high priority so we send a few with other personal items....deoderant shaving gels/foam...candy...slim jims....and of course...CIGARS! -

The cortisone shot will do as you said but at the same time the patient tends to overexert the area that is damaged which is prone to making things even worse because the shot does mask the actual pain... which often aggravates and makes the injury worse. Cortisone brings relief but often the patient aggravates the condition because cortisone acts much like novacane does to mask the pain. It give us a false sense of relief to where the patient overexerts and causes a relapse in which case cortisone shots are repeated. Physical therapy is a must...- Cigary43
