BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Normally I'd agree but the one COTM that seemed to consistently deliver on the value was the Smallbatch COTM. It was pricey (at 50/mo) but you definitley got more than that monthly. -

this is a great point. a favorite saying that i hear repeated often is that "six packs are made in the kitchen". the only surefire way you're going to lose that layer of fat, or those spots that you dont like is by fixing your diet. obviously adding exercise on top helps but it isn't the end...- mitetak

I was hoping for one more score or a deep ball or two! I didn't think I had a chance in hell going into that game with the underperformers that I had show up for me. It was a great game for sure and a great season. I'm definitely up again for it next year!
