  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    In the memes of chuck... Steroids weren't illegal in the 70s when the won 4 not 6 of their super bowls. You'd be hard pressed to find a team that wasn't doing them back then and even still, the main guys of those Steelers teams were getting it done without taking them...

    Yeah. I just grab a few bundles at a time from the grocery store and juice it. if I do just the leaf, it takes probably 5 times more to get the same amount of juice than with the stalk

    Over the last year or 2 I kinda put my workout routine on the back burner and subsequently the diet went with it. Over the last few weeks I've been trying to correct that and broke the juicer back out. Usually I juice up a 16oz glass as soon as I get home from work in place of the binge...
