BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Russia to get new service pistol
Unproven gun maker, and what sounded like an untested gun. That's extremely surprising, sounds like more of an act of loyalty to "The Mother Country" than a well thought out move, lol. with how corrupt their GOV is over there, it really makes me wonder about this. Age bias when it comes to B&M dealings?
That is so true. I worked in retail when I was quite young, and I became an extremely good actor because of it. Keeping a smile on your face when you don't feel like, or knowing when to frown and put something down with somebody is a huge part of customer service. Being able to size somebody up... -

Wow, that's um... interesting. I agree that it's a good idea for them to upgrade to 9mm, but I'm not to sure about that pistol. Sadly, I don't think they're very sure about it either.- Gravity

Exactly! If it were a box, it would still be quite high, but somewhat understandable. The sites I buy singles and fivers for the most part from offer free shipping, or charge just a couple of dollars. (Rarely do I pay shipping on fivers and singles.) -

Very true, the 9mm is just as deadly as a .45 with some of the new ammo, the new Hornady for instance. It expands much larger than even great .45ACP hollow points do, but you're also talking about a lot more velocity to help with the expansion as well.- Gravity
