BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Humidor Vs. Wineador
Size, cost and temperature control ability. You can get a used vinotemp for $100, throw a bag of beads in it and store 15+ boxes depending on your tetris skills. Set the temp so that if it gets hot, it wont be an issue for the vino to keep your sticks where they should be. -

Cigar prices in Vegas
A forth for Pheasant or Cigar Box off strip for normal pricing. On strip, Casa for your Opus/Forbidden stuff but prices are outrageous. But it's stuff you can't really buy elsewhere. If he wants a box, he best have a gold card and there's no box discount. But you can get a great drink... -
Dear Pete Johnson: M80 Quality Control Issue
Pete With all due respect, all I did was light the fuse and this happened. If this is the kind of QC that goes on in the factory, I think all M80's should be sent to me to bundle up, inspect and destroy, one by one. Here's to hoping that more of these can be made or that Fausto is as poorly... -

Best cigar to give away?
I learned a lesson on this. A good friend/co-worker of mine smokes daily, but usually giant ring gauge bundled cigars. We were in Vegas and I gave him an Opus robusto to try and step him up a notch and enjoy Vegas a bit. He smoked the thing in like 25 minutes and had no idea what it was and... -

Sorry Scotty...That's gotta be tough. You're a great dad for pushing her and giving her the opportunity.
