  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    One of my fav Lagunita's. I nabbed a case of bombers a while back and down to just a few. WTF is a common sight amongst the beer drinkers at the Leaf.

    Homebrewers - Whats Fermenting?

    I have no idea what I'm going to do with this brew Adam...It's going to have 8.5 ounces of dry hops in it. I'm gonna have like 2 inches of sludge in the bottom of it and will lose a ton of beer. I may have to try my hand at filtering for the first time. Or dry hop in the keg with a big hop bag.

    My buddy grabbed me the Surly Furious IPA kit from Northern Brewer which I did on Sunday. I also got my own grain mill and my efficiency went from the mid 60's (using my buddies) to 88%. I had 2.5 gallons of extra run-off that I could have made a small beer with but just dumped.

    I have an Apple TV and like it a lot. I've never played with a Roku so I can't legitimately compare. But I like the fact that I can rip movies and plop them in iTunes and serve them up to my TV. I also read somewhere that Roku doesn't have a YouTube channel integrated? Ribby, Ribby...
