• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Flavor profiles more distinct in CCs?

Would love to do this, but I don't think I have enough experience with different marcas to have a fair shot at this. Look forward to seeing someone try it though...

    LFD Digger

Smoked one of these a week or two ago... Found it far more enjoyable than I expected to. Not a fan of the ring gauge though. In the future, I'd rather just smoke an 'A' sized cigar... but for the 10$ my B&M charges, you can't beat the amount of time and quality tobacco you get out of this.

Fausto by Tatuaje - It's the T110 Blend

Can't wait til they are released, so I can make a magick circle on the floor, light one up, and try to raise Mephistopheles!

    I have been published!

Just looked at this. It would seem that a few of my reviews I've posted on one of Mr. Boyajian's websites have been used in this issue! Fancy!

Oliva Serie V Liga Especial Lancero

Love the V blend, but have never had the lance. Lanceros are one of my favorite vitolas though, so I don't know why I've put it off.

    Habanos RG

Usually it means less, even, because the wrapper leaf is competing with a bunch more lower priming, less flavorful tobacco present in the blend for combustion, rather than flavor.

    Affordable selections ( Partagas)

I've always wondered if some serious down time would turn these types of cigars into something better. Been meaning to get a few boxes of Mille Fleurs and the like for a while now.

Of these Opus, which one do you prefer?

Reserva D'Chateau. Not listed, but my favorite.

    Smoking in the Humidor?

Yeah, I prefer shops that don't allow it, only because at those which do allow it, I have on occasion gotten sticks that smell like stale cigarettes...

PARTAGAS 898v 6.7x43 Dalias This always popular, and recently even more highly spoken of entry in the Partagas Marca's line up comes from a 10 ct. varnished box dated MPE SEP09, so it is about a year and a half past its box date. It features an impressively oily wrapper, with that red-clay...

Smoke Into oblivion: San Lotano Maduro

This first thing that anyone is gonna notice about this cigar is the box press. It isn't just a slight press, it isn't just a regular box press... it is REALLY box pressed. Like, this thing has SHARP corners. Anyway, San Lotano is A.J. Fernandez's first brand of his own, having made his name...
