BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

New Here - Just Started Rolling
Welcome! Can't always rely upon any LO description :-P the only way to truly know is to roll and smoke your own samples... LO isn't always consistent ... one batch may be awesome the next batch sub par to the first... so for me I order and blend based on current quality and leaf condition...- TheReMixologist

I'm sure we all know that cigars are much older than a few centuries... aging became a practice... but months and years old aging wasn't always the practice... still today you can find farmers rolling tobacco into cigars and smoking on the spot... or within days of rolling... women who roll in...- TheReMixologist

I don't use bermocoll... I absolutely despise when wrappers unravel for various reasons... for that reason my binder and wrapper are moister than the filler leaves... and I glue both ends and the leaf rim... but if you ever have moisture issues... I recommend sun drying your sticks. I always...- TheReMixologist

I smoked one of these yesterday when I and a few of my friends smoke crashed Webmost's new cedar enclosed deck last night... a deck enclosure that he hand built ... which felt like a cool cabin! When I used to tell people I was a Torcedor... they ALWAYS said... What's that? Interestingly... no one asks me when I just say I Roll Cigars :P lol... Yip... I was taught the same... but... maybe the stone requires less pressure on the blade ... it's a very slick cut... marble is also a soft stone... so that too may play a roll... Lol... but the leaf cuts beautifully and the blade sounds like music :P- TheReMixologist

I cut on marble mostly but in my lab I often cut on glass... from time to time I use my chop block but mostly because I get tired and lazy around 10 hours in :p My blade only goes dull when I carve on wood... my all time fav is marble... most efficient surface I've ever cut on.
