  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Frankly I love every leaf I've ever rolled from Ecuador... I can ONLY imagine... but not for long... gonna get some of that ASAP! The one I got from LO was extra spicy and a bit bitter.

    If the bunching is too loose the paper wrapping won't be as effective... also if you don't cut your edge off your binder it will fray and give chance to extra creasing or unwanted seams. To paper roll your bunch should have a wrapper like finish to the binder leaf... then paper roll for a...

    Organic Paper Material or Tissue Paper if you want to mold your head or foot... roll it up after you cut it to size... set it for three to five hours ... unroll and wrap right away... I sun bake mine afterwards but to each his own ~xox

    Honestly... most of the color comes from the curing process... especially with fire cured leaves... during fermentation the leaves are bleeding onto one another and that color buildup happens naturally... however... much of the wrapper color bleed is drained during leaf prep for the hand roll...

    Many also do it to ensure even transition of color throughout the stick... I've had color transfer to my fingers when the stick warms up... it's unfortunate ... but that's why you should consider smoking hand rolled blends from more organic rollers like us ... just sayin ;) ~xox
