BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

More Humidor Help!!! =(
Take the sealent off the inside and seal the outside of the glass. Leave a corner open for air flow. Yes, it sort of huts the athestics but do you want your humi to look good or function good? I had all sorts of humidity problems with my Trivoli until I sealed it with the aquarium sealer... -

...after seeing how much they cost and how much maintenance it takes, it seems like a PITA to me. Am I missing something or do I just not "get it"? I'd love to learn more about them though. -
Type of lighter or spark device and why?
It depends on what I have with me at the time. I've got single flames, double flames, triple flames, creme brulee (RP Torch), cedar spills, AB Table top burner, matches, etc. Just depends on which is closest or which I have on me at the time.- The EVP

What type of Hygrometer do you use?
Digital as well as an Oasis XL and beads in a Trivoli cabinet. Oasis is used for recovery from opening (set to 68%) and rearanging. Beads (65%) are used to absorb excess humidity and to act as a fail-safe in case I forget to check my Oasis. Digital is to make sure both are doing their job... -
