So celebrate on the 12th, then drag your butt down here 2 days later for a few hours.Michelles birthday is the 12th. Doubt she will be keen on spending it alone.
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I resemble that statement! I mean resent that statement. There may be a lot of trouble makers this year.

You just built your wife a nice yard project. Let me add it up: two yards of stone, a truckload of pavers, a metric ton of blood, sweat and tears...carry the one...you’ve got yourself 12 man credits. Now, man credits are fungible. You can cash them in at any time and they convert into whatever you want. 3 man credits = one day of freedom. That’s enough for a four day weekend. It’s really just basic math.So let me know when you book your flight to Joplin, and I’ll try to get the seat next to you.
Its funny you say that. I have a granpa that we call red and he is in his 90s. He drives back and forth from here to Oregon at least 4 times a year.I wonder if "Grandpa Red" could handle a road trip... hmmmm.![]()

Um, 2 years in a row I’ve driven that to HBH. Come on, Jer Bear!I have driven from here to richmond non stop after being up all day. All i hear are excuses.
Honestly, I’ll probably have obligations that weekend. Fall gets busy for me. But if I’m clear, the vehicle seems in good shape to make it, and I can afford it, I’ll make the drive.Um, 2 years in a row I’ve driven that to HBH. Come on, Jer Bear!
But wait, your apparent actual travel time to east TN ranges from 18 to 36 hours....Um, 2 years in a row I’ve driven that to HBH. Come on, Jer Bear!
Stay out of corn fields and detours of north carolina or jack daniels and you should be fine. But wait, your apparent actual travel time to east TN ranges from 18 to 36 hours....![]()
Yeah, this one seems pretty tough, but we had to drop a crate engine in it a few years ago after the original crank gave out... 13 years of sitting in the Washington rain made it soft, I guess... the valve cover gaskets are leaking, but other than that, he's pretty good for hauling stuff for the house, and moving my band gear around. Just haven't taken him out on a trip since I drove him down from Seattle in 2010.Good lookin truck. Toyota? Those things run forever.
@redneck_toy and i have been talking about playing a round friday, possibly with @WNYTONY . As for saturday, things usually kick off around noonish at the house. If you can make it friday we can put you down.Any golfers involved in this tire fire? Would be interested in playing Saturday morning.
I was planning on coming down Friday after work and staying with the parents in Springfield. This might be worth a vacation day!@redneck_toy and i have been talking about playing a round friday, possibly with @WNYTONY . As for saturday, things usually kick off around noonish at the house.
