Eaters preference I guess, but I wouldn't make it super crispy or anything. I just made turkey burgers the other night and to give them a little fat so that they don't dry out I mixed bacon in. I did cook the bacon before tearing it apart but not very for very long.
Slaters 50/50 bacon burger with spam, sauerkraut, blue cheese and cheddar on a pretzel roll. Bacon mayo and bacon ketchup too in case there wasn't enough bacon in the burger already.
