I've had to scale way back on the amount of boxing I do the last couple years. Once I turned 40 I seem to get and stay hurt all the time. Recovery time just ain't what it used to be.

I still get calls to spar with up and coming club fighters and I do a little coaching/clinics sometimes but I'm slowly coming to realize I probably won't fight anymore.
