Thank you everybody for the kind words! I gotta tell ya, it feels great to be back. This year has definitely been full of action. To be honest, it was kind of a blessing in disguise for being away from BOTL for so long... I noticed that I wasn't spending as much money on smokes! Instead of having a cigar fund, I now have a mortgage/power tool/renovation fund. But everything has been amazing so far and we're really enjoying being homeowners.

Trek, I'm not as far as your friends, I'm closer to exit 51.
