Well I got on a Oreo kick!

This week I kicked up the Espresso, Cocoa and used Mini & Reg Chocolate Chips!

I hear you being a type 1 diabetic I can’t really eat the stuff I make. But I have learned to enjoy bring joy to people around me as I watch them enjoy the things I make! Most of the time I will bake something like a cake, cupcakes, brownies when I’m heading off to a small herf with friends maybe once a month. Besides baking, I do all the cooking breakfast lunch, and dinner for the rest of the family.

My wifes friend was here for a couple days and made Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough, garlic pepper pretzel bites and salted pretzel bites.
She also made sourdough hamburger buns, which I forgot to take photos of. So tasty!

You need to have her over more often. When my wife's friends visit all they do is drink my liquor.
