I love smoked turkey at Christmas. Brined this bird over night, stuffed a bunch of bacon butter under and in the skin. Using cherry wood for this one.

Yep, 2 pork shoulders have been cooking overnight, should be ready this afternoon. :santa2:

As I said in the text looks great Curtis.

Couldn't find a brisket worth a damn around here, went for a half picnic as it's just the wife and I. Here she sits at about the 4 hour mark.
