Okay for those of you that know I've been playing with cider and stuff lately. Well applejack can be made at home perfectly legal. You basically take the end product of my high alcohol cider and freeze a gallon of it. Then take that frozen gallon and turn it upside down above another container to catch the sugars and alcohol.
It's like distilling only minus the whole distilling part. It's federally legal and I figure with making 5 gallons what's the loss of one gallon gone to concentration.
