I think there are way too many Gurkhas, although it could just be how much CI pushes them. They're always featured on sale and stuff. I also feel like there are a ton of Gurkha cigars marketed twice. Like the Symphony line, which was K. Hansotia and now it's Gurkha. But when they changed it they had a whole new marketing scheme.
TYLER
Marketing shmarketing, they make some fine smokes. Maybe a bit pricey, but always available at a discount (more marketing?) Fat, complex, real tobacco, no gimmicks. There are an awful lot of fine smokes available these days, and believe me it was not always like this. But too much choice? Could anyone ever say that about hot women? Too many to pick from, I think I'll close my eyes and think of home. Like the old joke about the guy who wanted the ugly hooker. He wasn't horny, he was homesick! Well, I want the best smokes I can get. And I will never complain that there are too many different ones to choose from. I am about to go downstairs to smoke one. And I have plenty of choices, I like every single one, and they are already paid for. Am I complaining? Should I?
Picking a vitola out is a big part of the fun. The more choices, the more fun.
