Port city tidings. A Christmas ale my sis brought down from Virginia for me to try. Very crisp and tastes of honey and nutmeg.

One of my favorites. Actually prefer the one you just had, over the chocolate version. Really raises the bar for imperial stouts, IMWO.
For dessert tonight, I had a Southern Tier Pumking. Not bad, but the punkin' flavor came across as a little artificial. Kinda glad I just bought one...

Almost done with my Pumking, and I figured out the flavor that's been bothering me the whole way through: banana. Like, the artificial sort of banana flavor my daughter dislikes in her halloween candy. Like a banana Laffy Taffy. Speaking of which, we still have several of those in Marley's trick or treat sack, if anybody is into that sorta thing. Just sayin'.

I'm having a Weyerbacher Tiny. I think this is delicious beer, it doesn't get great ratings but the bottle I'm drinking is pretty awesome.
