Tastes close to a Corona but better. Best way I can describe it. A beer from Trinidad, West Indies.Never had a Caribbean. Can you describe it?
Not as sweet as Not Your Father's or Coney Island, more licorice/medicinal
Give them a try. Good lager beer.
My Scottish 80/-. Bottle carbonated but priming sugar miscalculation resulted in lower than wanted carb level. Fortunately a low carb level works for the style and it tastes like this batch isn't gonna last long

Your my hero, Holy City is a great brewery. Definitely worth stopping by if any of you are ever near Charleston SC (try the "Smells like Rick)

Ale Smith is another great brewery, really underrated out here in SD but I enjoy visiting when I can. And I tried Xocoveza for the first time this year (since I only moved to SD in Sept.) and it was wonderful.
I'm going to live vicariously thru you for a little while lol
