Some impressively good beers in here. In the spirit of full disclosure, I just had a Natty Light shower beer. Sometimes a man just wants to buy a 30-pack for under 20 bucks. I usually stock a couple cases of sh*t beer for fishing trips and such, in addition to my more...refined choices.

Couple of nice new beers this week. The first one is from a new brewery about 30 minutes West of me. Excellent Hazy IPA. Second one was a refreshing summer beer.

Another Hazy IPA tonight. This type of beer is fast becoming my favorite non winter beer. I think it will be my next homebrew.

The hot weather will be over in a couple months, fellas. I drink classy brew when the weather gets a bit cooler, I promise. Summer time is for ice cold, low to moderate alcohol content beers. Taste is secondary. But once we get that first cold snap, its all brown ales, porters, stouts, IPAs, goses, and any number of libations that you'd be proud to take home to Mama. You will see a classy Texican, I promise. Hey...at least I never smoke sh*tty cigars, so there's that.

I attempt to keep the IBU count under 50; not a fan of that astringent tongue-dry sensation.
BUT... This stuff, at 60, had me sold!
Commented to the wife, "Every sip gets better and better."
You got yourself a mighty fine brew recipe.
